Christening Number 2

Morning All from a dreary and wet Northern Ireland -after having a few glorious days it's back to the rain again - hope it knows when to stop.
On to my card today - it's another boxed keepsake for a Christening.  I used the Forever Friends baptism stamp coloured with promarkers and added some sparkle with sakura stardust pens. The papers I have had for ages and there isn't a name on them. Just added some flowers, leaves, ribbon and a bit of sparkle with Stickles glitter glue, finishing with a lovely decorative banner made with one of my new dies.

Keepsake Christening Card

I had a commission for two boxed keepsake christening cards -both for the same little baby girl. This is the first one - I've used my fave teddy - I'm sure you are all fed up looking at him - but I adore the image. I choose a pale pink, lemon and cream colour scheme. I stamped in brown ink and embossed the teddy onto some pale lemon gingham paper. I added a gorgeous ribbon bow and some sparkly eyes. The papers are from my downloads collection - I don't know where I got them from. The image was layered on to a square nestie shape, the border is one of my new Martha Stewart border punches. I added some pale pink pearls to the borders. a few punched out flowers and leaves finish it off. All sentiments and verses were made on the computer. The box has an image of the teddy stamped on it and another of my new buys the Spellbinders shaped banner.

How Cute! Baby Easel Card

A lovely easel card for a new baby using my favourite teddy bear stamp. I stamped it on the backing paper, cut it out and layered  using a nestie diecut shape and added a little organza bow. The papers are downloads I have had for ages. I made some little rolled rose flowers to which I added some glitter glue, a few punched out leaves and the sentiments were made on the computer. The borders are a Martha Stewart punch.

Forty and Fabulous!

A quick birthday card for a 40 year old who loves her fashion and bling. I used DCWV paper - gorgeous colour and it already had the sparkly glitter on it - some silver mirri card cut out with a nestie die,a fab little embellishment and the sentiment was made on the computer. I added some glamour dust to the sentiment and glitter glue around the edge of the card for some more bling!

Hi All ...I'm back but........

I seemed to have lost my mojo!! May be forgot to pack it in my suitcase for the journey home lol
I got lots of lovely new crafty stuff when I was away but since I returned home I don't seem to be able to get my mojo going and get some crafting done. I have some orders over the past few days so I need to get going -maybe I'm still suffering from jetlag. Anyway good to be back and hopefully I'll have something to post real soon!!
